Fantastic app, very good customer service!

I will probably end up changing this to a five star review once I get a response to my most recent questions from their customer service. As someone who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars on books that have mostly ended up in storage, this is my dream app! When it first came out, it kept saying that none of my devices were compatible. My only issues are that the app is still not able to find many of my books, some books (especially older ones) dont have barcodes, and peeling stickers off the barcode often is messy and difficult. When Ive tried to actually take a "shelfie," it hasnt worked. BUT the idea, execution, and design is awesome. Im sure the selection will improve as time goes on. I got my hopes up with Kindle Matchbook, and their selection has improved slightly. I am hoping that more books (especially textbooks) become available. The app is very high-quality. Like I said, once my questions and issues are addressed/answered, this would EASILY be a five star app. Their customer service is generally very professional, polite, and responsive. Once more of my books become available, I will probably spend a lot of money here. I REALLY hope the creators do not sell this app to some company that would ruin it (I liked the viggle app until it turned into a Perks app... it became completely unusable). I just wish I had more expendable income to spend on the books that are available. I have very high hopes for this app, and I am really excited to see it growing.
